Ohhhhhhh how we love our Grease-themed recipes – you can see them all HERE! Summer Nights is the classic duet between Sandy and Danny, where they recall their summer adventures to their friends.

Summer loving had me a blast
Summer loving happened so fast
I met a girl crazy for me
Met a boy cute as can be
Summer days drifting away to oh oh the summer nights

Summer Pudding is a classic British dessert made from soaking bread in fruit – usually a mix of berries and currants.

Wella, wella, wella, wella, uh!

This recipe has been adapted from James Martin’s Clotted Cream Summer Pudding, and was made by Keith’s wife Gina! The only changes were that she added some fresh fruit in the pudding as well as frozen, and made a bit more of the puree (as she remembered from making it previously that it needed a bit more). Oh, and we didn’t find any redcurrants from the local store, so there weren’t any in this version!

Tell me more, tell me more
Was it love at first sight?

Absolutely! This Summer Nights Pudding has to be tried – and for once all three editors of this blog got to enjoy it – as we all happened to be in England at the same time!
